A few things before you go.
Vayroza helps you discover accommodation. It is not a travel agency or an accommodation booking service. These MVP terms must be completed with the operator’s legal details before public launch.
Discovery, not a reservation
Recommendations do not reserve a room or guarantee availability. The current catalog is fictional and all prices, ratings, reviews, features and photography are demonstrative.
External bookings
When a live authorized provider is connected, checkout, payment, cancellation, refunds and customer service are handled by that provider under its own terms. Confirm all details there before booking.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. You can delete your account in Profile.
AI Trip Pass
Basic search is free. The Trip Pass payment integration is disabled by default pending the launch of paid features. When enabled, the price and product must be disclosed before Stripe Checkout. Applicable consumer rights, refund arrangements and operator details must be finalized before sales begin.
Availability of the service
We work to make the app reliable, but recommendations can be incomplete and third-party services can be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
